Foundation Welcomes Women's Fund of El Paso

The Paso del Norte Foundation is pleased to welcome the Women's Fund of El Paso to our family of funds. The Women’s Fund was established in 2004 to connect women with resources available in the community and to offer educational advancement and leadership development opportunities for their economic advancement. The Paso del Norte Foundation will provide fiscal support services for the 10-year old organization as it continues its work serving women and girls in the community. Learn more.

Foundation Welcomes Sharon Butterworth Fund For Behavioral Health

The Paso del Norte Foundation is honored to welcome the Sharon Butterworth Fund for Behavioral Health. Sharon has been a long-time mental health advocate. Retired from Lawyer’s Title of El Paso, Sharon is an active community volunteer.  She currently serves on the boards of the Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute for Texas, Paso del Norte Health Foundation, Brain Trust, Southwestern Children’s Home Trust, and J. Edward and Helen M. C. Stern Foundation. She is the former Chair of Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services and Vice Chair of Texas Department of MHMR. She has been an active leader in local charitable organizations and campaigns as well. The Foundation is grateful to Sharon for her leadership and generosity.
